Terms of Service

AI&GB Consulting LLC provides a range of elite Strategic Engineering & PMO Consulting services, including but not limited to:

• • Technical Documentation QA & Localization: We conduct Ph.D.-level quality checks, federal RFP compliance audits, and bilingual English-to-French translation of complex engineering specifications. We do not guarantee the structural accuracy of technical content, data, or formulas, and we are not responsible for the cultural or legal implications of translated text.

• • Executive Project Analytics & Content Synthesis: We provide executive project analytics, EVM tracking, and data visualization services based on the raw project data provided by the client. We are not liable for the underlying accuracy of the client’s raw data prior to our analysis.
  • Technical QA, Project Management, Procurement, and Staffing solutions: We provide end-to-end consulting for project execution, federal compliance, and staffing. Our liability is strictly limited to the parameters outlined in our specific, formalized project contracts.

You, the client, are responsible for:

• • Timely Information: Providing all necessary documents, data, and project information in a timely and accurate manner.

• • Legal Compliance: Ensuring that all provided documents, specifications, and data are legally compliant and do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property or rights.
  • Operational Direction: Providing clear, structured instructions and expectations for each requested consulting service.

Payment terms, retainers, and invoicing schedules will be formally established within the specific Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement for each client. We accommodate standard corporate procurement processes, including secure bank wire transfers (ACH/Wire) and purchase orders, as well as secure digital payment methods like Stripe and PayPal.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the SOW, all invoices are subject to standard corporate payment terms. For expedited executive consulting or emergency QA services, an additional surcharge may apply.

AI&GB Consulting LLC handles all client documents, engineering drawings, and raw datasets with the utmost care, professional discretion, and industry-standard security measures. To maintain maximum operational integrity, we strongly encourage clients to utilize appropriate PII (Personally Identifiable Information) and IP (Intellectual Property) scrubbing protocols prior to submitting any raw project data.

Except as otherwise explicitly bounded by a bilaterally executed, signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) provided by either party, AI&GB Consulting LLC’s liability for data security is governed strictly in accordance with our official Privacy Policy.
