A versatile and innovative professional with over 20 years of career experience in civil engineering and project management, including 10 years specializing in federal government contracting (GovCon). Focused on ensuring quality, cost engineering, and project success across complex civil and healthcare infrastructure projects.
My deep background includes serving in high-level technical and oversight capacities with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and MDOT SHA.
This expertise is complemented by a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. in Mathematics, bringing rigorous quantitative analysis to project planning and execution. I hold an E.I.T. registration and am actively pursuing my full Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of AI&GB Consulting, I oversee all technical deliverables to a global clientele, ensuring rigorous Quality Assurance and Risk Analysis for the AI&GB projects.
